Refugees

Refugees are people who persuaded to leave their home country because of a war. The League of Nations helped these people from World War I by sending them back home. By the league's agencies, more than 400,000 prisoners have been sent home in just a few years. In a refugee camp, most of them were women and children, so the League of Nations spent millions of dollars for refugees to build their own home, farm, etc, and also gave jobs to the unemployment's, which was approximately 600,000 refugees. This was the most impressive work that was ever made by the League of Nations.

A group called the International Labour Organization that was created in 1919, was victorious in banning white poisonous lead that was in paint and improved the working conditions. The changes were that small children would work in a limited amount of time. All they could work was for 48 hours a week, and eight hours per day.
Health

The Health Committee, soon to be the World Health Organization, helped try to defeat dreadful diseases. Diseases start to outbreak during World War I in the refugee camps. The League of Nations donated significant amount of money to stop the spreading of diseases. Red cross was a project, which became an international peace organization. It was the most fantastic project ever known, because representatives from most nations was in the Red Cross to represent their nation.

Trading became less stressful ever since President Wilson stated in one of his points that people are free to trade overseas without being interrupted. This produced an international highway code for people driving, and marked shipping lanes.
Social problems
The blacklisted states in the League of Nations, Germany, Dutch, French, and Switzerland, was involved of illegal drug trade. The slaves that were free in Britain organized raids against the slave's owner and also the traders in Burma. This caused the slaves to work at Africa to build the Tanganiyka railway. This made the African American death rates increase by about 50%, but the League on Nations decreased it to about 4%.
